Schunk Mexico is a manufacturing group of electrical and mechanical products made from synthetic carbon and sintered metal.

Our Products are widely used in manufacturing and assembly industries. In order to keep in step with our customers ever increasing quality standards, we are ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified. Also, we have support from our main offices and factories in Germany, Schunk Kohlenstofftechnik GmbH and Schunk Sintermetalltechnik GmbH.

Schunk Electro Carbón, S.A. de C.V. was founded in 1957 and is divided into five product lines and one assembly line, which make possible to have an efficient communication, quick response, as well as maximum optimization of our resources.

Investigation and development, together with technical application, based on the most modern laboratory, and testing equipment, provides solutions to the specific problems of our customers.

Sintermetal , S.A de C.V. was founded in 1966. Sintered technology (metal powder compactation after this operation the parts are sintered at high temperatures to joint the particles, without reaching the fusion phase) is an old method and has a good future inside the metallurgy industry.

Our standard grades are manufactured from raw materials which do not vary in quality and the production process is also constant. We have a range of powder presses (4-200 tons) for the production of bronze and iron sintered parts.

Our products are used in the automotive, power tools, locking and household appliances industries. Additional to our existing facilities and capabilities, we have specialist support and technical support from our headquarters Schunk Sitermetalltechnik GmbH in Germany.
